Integrity Compliance 360 (IC360) has formed a strategic partnership with Radar to harness its geolocation services.

The deal will combine IC360’s integrity services with Radar’s geolocation services to create a new product dubbed Geo360 powered by Radar.

“Collaborating with IC360 presents an exciting opportunity to leverage our expertise in geolocation with IC360’s strong position as a leader in sports wagering and iGaming regulatory technology,” said Radar CEO Nick Patrick. “Together, we will unlock new possibilities for businesses seeking to harness the power of location data to drive growth and innovation.”

U.S. Integrity and Odds on Compliance merge to form IC360

IC360’s partnership with Radar is the first since the company formed via a merger between U.S. Integrity and Odds on Compliance last month.

First announced in October 2023, the two companies joined forces to “redefine the standards of excellence in the sports betting and gambling compliance industry”, according to IC360 CEO Matt Holt.

IC360 has continued to offer each of the prior company’s products and services under its new banner, including the Integrity Monitoring dashboard, PlayBookAI, and ProhiBet.

Before the merger, ProhiBet, a solution for ensuring compliance for athletes, coaches, and staff, had already signed up clients such as BIG12, UFC and Hard Rock Digital.

According to IC360, collaborating with Radar will offer an enhancement to its integrity monitoring services by layering in geolocation capabilities.

“This partnership represents a significant step forward in our mission to offer a one-stop solution for the industry’s regulatory compliance technology services,” added Holt. “By combining our existing products and industry expertise with Radar’s advanced geolocation capabilities, we are poised to deliver unmatched value to our clients.”

OpenBet launch geolocation product

IC360 is not the only company to release a new geolocation product this month.

Last week sports betting platform provider OpenBet launched OpenBet Locator which allows operators to locate, promote to, and monitor customers while remaining fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

“Introducing OpenBet Locator is an exciting move for us and takes our modular product offering to a new level,” concluded OpenBet CEO Jordan Levin at the time of the announcement. “Built in-house and leveraging AWS technology, we have developed a strong proposition that can be tailored to meet unique business needs.”
