iGaming platform provider White Hat Gaming has announced the appointment of Justin Psaila as its Chief Financial Officer.

Psaila, formerly of Betsson Group and Gaming Innovation Group, will be tasked with overseeing White Hat’s financial division and assisting its goals of global expansion.

Psaila served as CFO at Gaming Innovation Group for nine years and, before that, spent eight years at Betsson.

“We are delighted to announce that Justin Psaila will be joining the White Hat Gaming team as CFO,” said White Hat Gaming CEO Phillip Gelvan. “Justin is well respected in the industry, and I have no doubt his appointment will strengthen our already impressive executive team. White Hat is consistently working to deliver on its global expansion goals, and Justin will be key in ensuring the company’s financial objectives are attained.”

Psaila added that he is joining a “brilliant team” and is looking forward to helping deliver White Hat’s “ambitious growth plans”.

White Hat focus on U.S. growth

As part of the announcement, White Hat cited the U.S. as a key region for growth and highlighted its recent partnerships with Bally’s, Jackpocket, and the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.

White Hat has been providing its Player Account Management (PAM) system and titles from its studio to Bally’s since it launched in Rhode Island as the state’s exclusive iGaming operator in March.

Similarly, Jacpocket leveraged White Hat’s PAM and online slot titles when it rolled out in New Jersey earlier this year.

In the last two months, the Choctaw Nation has signed agreements to gain access to White Hat’s PAM system and Kambi’s sports betting technology as the operator looks to set its sights on online and retail sports betting.

White Hat also boasts FanDuel, Caesars Digital, BetMGM and DraftKings among its suite of partners.
