America’s largest daily fantasy sports operator is collaborating with a major sports program.

PrizePicks has announced a marketing partnership with the Stephen A. Smith Show, making the company the exclusive daily fantasy partner of the sports, entertainment, and pop culture program.

“PrizePicks and the Stephen A. Smith Show are both focused on evolving how fans engage with sports and I can’t think of a better opportunity for us to extend our reach,” said PrizePicks co-founder and CEO Adam Wexler.

As part of the pact, the Stephen A. Smith Show will air dedicated PrizePicks segments while distributing exclusive content across various social media channels. The show will also have guest interviews with PrizePicks influencers and make guest appearances at select events.

“The Stephen A. Smith Show is ecstatic to be working with PrizePicks,” said Smith. “We love making picks. If you want to flex your sports knowledge, PrizePicks is the place to do it.”

Smith will immediately leverage the new partnership on his show, which airs three times a week across the world.

New opportunities for PrizePicks

PrizePicks has also started the year by diversifying its portfolio of offerings.

Earlier this month, the company launched peer-to-peer gaming platform PrizePicks Arena. The offering allows users to compete for a guaranteed prize pool in groups based on buy-in amount, experience with PrizePicks, and other factors. PrizePicks Arena debuted in Alabama, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wyoming. PrizePicks plans to expand the platform to other jurisdictions.

The platform allows PrizePicks to compete with Underdog Fantasy, which launched a similar peer-to-peer product last November. DraftKings also released a similar product, Pick6, while British operator bet365 announced a free peer-to-peer platform last week.
