The Fanatics online casino product expanded to a second state on Monday with the official launch of the brand in Pennsylvania. The launch is through mini-casino Hollywood York’s license, which was originally tied to PointsBet before the PointsBet brand was acquired by Fanatics.

The debut is the 11th state for Fanatics Sportsbook but only the second for online casino. The brand rolled out its first market, West Virginia, in mid-November.

The operator is currently going through its 48-hour soft launch overseen by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).

With that, the PointsBet brand is officially done in the Keystone State. User accounts from PointsBet have been migrated over to the Fanatics app. Users will need to download the Fanatics app in order to access their account.

The Fanatics online casino product will feature the standard offerings of slots and table games as well as a number of live dealer options from Evolution Studios. There will also be bespoke Fanatics games like the Fanatics Blackjack offering now live in West Virginia.

Game providers working with Fanatics Casino include Light & Wonder, Big Time Gaming, ReelPlay and Spribe.

Both online casino play and betting with Fanatics trigger FanCash earnings. FanCash can be used to purchase Fanatics sports merchandise.

With the rebrand officially done in Pennsylvania, that leaves just Kansas, Iowa and New Jersey as states where the rebrand from PointsBet to Fanatics still needs to take place. Both Fanatics and PointsBet remain live in Maryland.

In the meantime, Fanatics is continuing to expand into additional markets. The operator announced plans to work with the Carolina Hurricanes in North Carolina. While Fanatics has not addressed whether or not it is pursuing a license in Arizona, the newly opened license application period could give the brand an opportunity to enter that state as well.
