SBC is set to welcome around 3,000 delegates from the Latin American sports betting and online casino industry to Miami next week for SBC Summit Latinoamerica.
The annual event dedicated to Latin American market developments returns to Miami for 2023 but has doubled in size from 2022. The event takes place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2.
SBC Summit Latinoamerica will play host to influential decision-makers from regional and global operators, affiliates and suppliers as well as regulators, media, and sports teams representatives.
As Latin America continues to be one of the most exciting regions in the world for sports betting and igaming with regulatory frameworks being established, there are ample growth opportunities for operators and suppliers alike.
Firmly on the agenda are the regulatory updates from Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Argentina, among others. Additionally, the event will shed light on both current and future industry trends that are reshaping the dynamics of the diverse Latin American markets.
Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC said: “I am extremely proud to see that SBC Summit Latinoamérica has emerged as the central hub for collaborative discussions and forward-thinking approaches for the region. Given the multitude of evolving markets in Latin America, it is pivotal that we cultivate an environment where delegates can capitalize on existing opportunities and contribute to the dynamic development and expansion of an exceptionally fruitful region.”

November 1 marks the start of the agenda with a keynote fireside chat featuring Julio Cesar Tamayo, CEO of WPlay, in a discussion with Dr. Evert Montero Cárdenas, President of Fecoljuegos. It will also explore how the digital domain can draw insights from land-based industry leaders, the collaborative potential of the industry with sports teams to expand its outreach, the development of esports in the region, navigating existing advertising restrictions, and a series of panels dedicated to player protection, among numerous other vital subjects.
