FanDuel hires Alison Kutler to lead RG strategy

FanDuel has confirmed the appointment of Alison Kutler as its new Vice President of Sustainability and Responsible Gaming.

A former financial services executive, Kulter will lead FanDuel’s responsible gambling strategy and sustainability efforts as the sportsbook aims to become a leader in consumer protection for the US sportsbook industry. 

In this capacity, she will have influence over an array of teams within the FanDuel business, including responsible gaming policy and regulatory affairs, RG training and product development, RG operations and the advocacy teams.

“Alison has had a distinguished career including 25 years’ experience in high-level government and private sector roles leading business, regulatory, policy and public affairs strategies.”

Kutler joins FanDuel from NFT developer Dapper Labs, where she served as SVP for Global Government Affairs. Previously in her career, she has been SVP of Government Affairs – Americas at Visa and Principal at PwC.

Kutler also spent time in the public sector in a variety of roles including Chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau and Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and the Director of Trade Advocacy Center within the United States Department of Commerce.
