Gambling.com Group has launched a new website utilizing its ownership of the Casinos.com domain as it aims to be the premier international online place for casino players.

The affiliate publisher acquired the domain back in 2022 and promptly wrecked to develop and launch the platform. Despite being highly sought after and registered since 1994, the domain has never been actively used until now.

The newly launched website will fall under the same business model as other Gambling.com Group domains, as the new brand fits under the overall group umbrella of assets.

Charles Gillespie, Chief Executive Officer of Gambling.com Group, said: “The addition of Casinos.com to our leading brand portfolio affords us the opportunity to build a new powerhouse international flagship brand alongside Gambling.com, as we leverage our existing teams, technology and expertise.”

To populate and build the Casinos.com brand, Gambling.com has collated the content from CasinoSource and SlotSource, whilst both of those websites have now been shut down.

The site will act as a global hub for casino players, with users able to select their specific location for local affiliate services.

Gambling.com pointed to its “experienced writers, editors, reviewers and experts” which will help to make the Casino.com brand the “premier” location for players. Meanwhile, the site has free games from all categories of casino games, alongside playing and strategy guides from professional casino players.

Gillespie added: “When we rebuilt Gambling.com in 2011 we had to start from scratch and build out all the necessary technology systems to support it. With Casinos.com we were able to leverage our mature platform and start with a focus directly on our users and the Casinos.com product.

“It is a transformational initiative and strategic priority that we believe will drive significant organic growth as we position Casinos.com as the category-defining brand for the global casino market.”
