Seminole Hard Rock has confirmed the appointment of Vincent Zahn as the EVP and CFO of Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International

Reporting directly to Jim Allen, the Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming, Zahn will be charged with oversight of the accounting, planning and financial analysis, risk management, corporation finance, and capital markets for Hard Rock International and associated businesses.

“Vincent’s expertise and background in casino gaming and financial markets make him an invaluable asset to the global growth of our organization,” said Allen. “We are excited to welcome him to the leadership team.”

Zahn joins Seminole Hard Rock from Wynn Resorts, where he spent three years between 2019 to 2022 as SVP and Treasurer.

He has over a decade of leadership roles in the gaming industry, firstly as an equity analyst on the casino gaming and hospitality industry at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

After five years in this role, where he analyzed corporate finance, risk management, treasury, investor relations, and capital markets, Zahn became VP and Treasurer of Pinnacle before moving to Wynn.

Hard Rock recently opened up the Hard Rock Sportsbook at Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort in Flagstaff, Arizona in association with Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise.

Meanwhile, the Seminole Tribe recently scored a victory after the DC Circuit Court reversed the decision by the DC District Court regarding the state’s sports betting compact with the tribe.

“The Seminole Tribe of Florida is pleased with today’s unanimous decision,” the tribe said in a statement. “It is a positive outcome for the Seminole tribe and the people of Florida, and for all Indian Country. The tribe is fully reviewing the decision to determine next steps.”
