Odds On Compliance has confirmed the appointment of Eric Weiss as its new President of North America as the firm continues to grow across the continent.

Weiss, a former executive seasoned in regulatory affairs, will be charged with leading the tech and consultancy firm’s compliance services in North America, with a particular focus on the Audit, Technical Compliance, Regulatory Operations, and Licensing Terms departments.

This new role is a promotion for Weiss, who joined Odds On Compliance in 2021 as VP of Technical Compliance and Audit.

“We are thrilled to appoint Eric Weiss as President in North America,” said Eric Frank, CEO of Odds On Compliance. “His deep understanding of the gaming industry, combined with his proven leadership skills, make him the ideal candidate to continue the strong growth of our North American services operations.

“I am confident that under his leadership, we will continue to drive growth and innovation in the North American market.”

Previously in his career, Weiss has spent his career with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, where he served as Chief of Staff, and ended his time there as Deputy Executive Director of Technical Services/Slot Laboratory.

He is recognized as being a major part in bringing online casino gaming to New Jersey when that market opened back in 2013, given that he led the policy research and regulated the market in Atlantic City.

“I am excited to begin this new role, and work with the talented team here to deliver world-class technology and consulting solutions to clients in North America,” said Weiss.

“This is a dynamic and rapidly-evolving industry, and I look forward to leveraging my experience to help our clients stay ahead of the curve.”

Odds On Compliance has unveiled new management staff recently, with Marybeth Butler and Ali Ghanavati joining its group of directors and Matt Heap becoming MD of ProhiBet.
