Penn National Gaming has selected BetMakers Technology Group to offer its racing content internationally for fixed odds, booked bets, and exchange wagering, where applicable, outside of the US and Canadian markets.
From July 1, BetMakers will distribute the rights of Penn’s over 946 race meetings a year to globally licensed wagering operators via its Global Racing Network, which currently delivers international racing content from more than 30 countries, offering rights holders new markets to monetize their racing.
“We are delighted to offer Penn’s first-rate content to a global audience and increase the awareness of the valuable content US racetracks have to offer,” commented Kerry Gatten, Partnerships Manager of BetMakers’ Global Racing Network.
“It is exciting that we get to deliver Penn’s extensive racing content into our network of operators globally.”
The Global Racing Network strives to provide rights holders in any country with “incremental revenue streams” through the exportation of their existing content into new international markets in a bundled package for wagering operators.
BetMakers receive a fee based on a turnover percentage produced by operators from the products in these new markets.
