Super Group appoints Lisa A Kampf as VP of Investor Relations

Betway’s parent company Super Group has appointed Lisa A Kampf as its new Vice President of Investor Relations with immediate effect.

Kampf brings expertise in investor and stakeholder management to her new role, having previously worked as Managing Director of Investor Relations at S&P 500 Ambac Financial Group Inc.  

A qualified accountant with an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, she has also previously operated in senior auditing and financial management roles at Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Ernst & Young.

At Super Group, Kampf will report to CEO, Neal Menashe, who stated: “I am thrilled to welcome Lisa to Super Group to lead our dedicated in-house investor relations effort as we embark on our journey as a public company.

“Lisa is a seasoned IR professional with a deep understanding of investor relations, finance, and capital markets which are vital to a successful investor relations program.”

Super Group highlighted Kampf’s knowledge in building and leading in-house investor relations teams for MF Global, Fitch Ratings, and Instinet.

“I am excited to be joining Super Group at a pivotal time for the business,” commented Kampf on her new role.

“I look forward to working with management to help the investment community understand Super Group’s opportunity to enhance shareholder value as we build upon the Betway and Spin brands.”

Back in January, Super Group begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange, securing corporate investors its target valuation of $4.85bn.
