Casino content studio Design Works Gaming (DWG) has seen its games go live with New Jersey operator Resorts Digital Gaming on both its Resorts Casino and Mohegan Sun brands www.resortscasino.com and www.mohegansuncasino.com.

The partnership will also see DWG align with Resorts to build bespoke gaming content, while supplying titles including Wonders of Africa and Armadillo Artie Gone Wild. The integration is via SG Digital’s content distribution platform, OpenGaming, as part of a first-of-its-kind dual pilot.

Design Works Gaming CEO Troy Zurawski said: “As soon as we sat down with Ed Andrewes and the team at Resorts, we knew these were our kinda people. They haven’t built their brand by following the crowd and neither have we – that’s probably why we get along so well. Watch this space for a game-changing partnership, bespoke content and a reimagining of what a great online casino product looks like in New Jersey.”

Resorts Digital Gaming CEO Andrewes said: “We are absolutely delighted to have partnered with DWG. Their content has already performed remarkably well in Europe and, with their heritage, we believe it can do even better in the US market. DWG immediately understood the demographic of our audience and we believe our customers will love the bespoke content which is significantly different from anything else available.”

DWG said that its launch in New Jersey is the first step in a major stateside push, which will see the content studio’s games rolled out across regulated markets with some of the country’s biggest operators. The states of Michigan and Pennsylvania are next on the roadmap, with the studio recently receiving licenses in both.
