Konami Gaming has announced that its Synkros solution has been named as the exclusive casino management system of the Grand Sierra Resort and Sahara Las Vegas facilities after being recruited by Meruelo Gaming.
As a result of Synkros being deployed, players will be provided with connected, single card rewards across both locations, with Sahara to become the first Las Vegas Strip resort to go live with the solution.
Moreover, Konami’s Konetic Employee App will also be utilized with the goal of both products to drive catered rewards and convenience to guests across its 60,000 square foot gaming floor, dining options and three hotel towers.

Synkros’ debut will also see the Grand Sierra Resort and Sahara Las Vegas utilize the same card system for the first time. This allows loyalty rewards for members across both destinations to be granted seamlessly as the Casino’s look to further enhance their customer experience.
Team members will also benefit from the launch of the systems’ Konetic Employee App, with a slot dispatch module that empowers casino floor personnel to receive, manage, and respond to service calls through a secure mobile app.
