Birches Health is teaming up with a sports betting data and analytics company to provide professional gambling harm treatment services to individuals across the country.

The clinical provider of specialized treatment for gambling-related harm has secured a partnership with sports betting tool provider Betflow to provide responsible gambling education and treatment in the U.S. Betflow, operated by sports data company Odditt, allows Birches Health to expand the reach of its problem gambling resources and tools.

As part of the deal, Betflow users are provided with direct access to referrals for professional problem gambling treatment facilitated by Birches Health. Betflow is also providing its users with the opportunity to take advantage of Birches Health’s RG content.

Betflow and Birches Health will also deliver RG awareness campaigns throughout 2026.

“Providing betting research tools comes with a responsibility to make support clear and accessible,” said Odditt Chief Executive Officer Matt Bresler. “Through this initiative with Birches Health, our users have a direct connection to top-quality professional assessment and treatment services, while reinforcing our commitment to building a sustainable, informed betting community.”

Birches Health’s pact with Betflow provides professional treatment services that include clinical assessments and both intake and ongoing care with personalized treatment plans.

Birches Health’s services are covered by both select insurance providers and state funding.

“The first time I met Matt, it was clear that he genuinely cares about responsible gaming and creating a sustainable community of engaged, informed bettors,” said Birches Health Vice President of Partnerships Dan Pozner. “We are looking forward to collaborating with him and the Betflow team to build awareness and resources to support that rapidly growing user base.”

Birches Health bolsters leadership team

Birches Health is collaborating with Betflow after adding new members to its team.

In January, the company appointed behavioral health expert Andrew DiGiacomo as senior vice president of strategy. DiGiacomo joined Birches Health with more than 15 years of experience in executing behavioral health strategies. Before joining Birches Health, DiGiacomo served as director at Cigna-Evernorth Health Services.

Birches Health also added Dr. Cynthia Grant to its leadership team. Grant, who was previously an executive at Grow Therapy and Rula Health, assumed the role of vice president of clinical and is responsible for the company’s execution of care.

Birches Health also got a boost last September after closing seed and Series A funding rounds worth a combined $20m. The seed round was led by venture capital firm General Catalyst, while the Series A round was led by New York-based VC firm AlleyCorp.

Birches Health is using the fresh injection of capital to expand its portfolio of partners and streamline its services with insurance policy plans and providers across America.
