Land-based and online casino operator Bally’s has secured exclusive global B2C online casino gaming rights to Hasbro’s iconic Monopoly brand.

The deal is one of four online casino licensing partnerships announced by the games and toy company this week. Renowned online gaming content supplier and existing Hasbro partner Evolution will develop online slots and live casino formats for Monopoly and Hasbro Games.

Evolution has worked with Hasbro before on Monopoly Live and Monopoly Big Baller. The new deal encompasses exclusive online live casino and slot rights to Monopoly and other games and involves all Evolution brands, including NetEnt, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Livespins.

On the land-based gaming front, Aristocrat has signed a multi-year agreement to be the exclusive global developer of branded land-based Monopoly-branded slots, and Galaxy Gaming will develop and deliver casino table games for Monopoly, Yahtzee and Battleship. Hasbro already has a licensing deal with SciPlay.

New games will launch in January 2026 which will transform Hasbro’s brands into new and existing casino formats. Titles will include Monopoly-branded slots and tables, as well as integrations for Yahtzee, Battleship and Hasbro Games across online and retail casino settings. Bally’s will handle all online casino integrations.

“We’re all about play—and that means meeting our fans wherever they are, from the game table to the casino floor,” said Claire Hunter Gregson, Hasbro’s director of gaming relationships. “These visionary new partners have the expertise and imagination to reimagine our brands in bold, exciting ways for adult audiences.”

Bally’s selling interactive arm to Intralot

Bally’s owns and operates 20 casinos internationally, including in 11 U.S. states. It also holds online sports betting licenses in 13 jurisdictions in North America. It owns sportsbook Bally Bet and the online Bally Casino, which is available in New Jersey, Pennsyvlania and Rhode Island.

This week, it announced that it is selling its interactive division to Intralot in a deal valued at a total of $3.2 billion. The Bally’s International Interactive brand consists of a number of brands, including JackpotjoyMonopoly Casino and the international arm of Bally Bet, which is live in Ontario. Bally’s acquired European online gaming giant Gamesys for $2.7 billion four years ago.

Bally’s already has a stake in Intralot and will become the Greek gaming company’s primary shareholder upon completion of the interactive sale. Bally’s CEO and Intralot board member Robeson Reeves is expected to take over as Intralot CEO upon the completion of the deal in Q4 of this year.

“Just this week, Hasbro announced we now hold the global rights to the Monopoly brand for use in all regulated gaming territories,” Reeves told SBC News this week. “It’s perhaps the most global local brand there is, and it sits alongside a portfolio that can now benefit from Intralot’s operational presence in 14 more countries than us.”
