Thoroughbred racing and entertainment company 1/ST has secured a deal to power parimutuel wagering for one of the world’s largest motorsports organizations.
On Thursday, 1/ST TECHNOLOGY announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with NASCAR to provide parimutuel wagering to bettors in eligible U.S. markets. 1/ST Technology, a division of 1/ST, will provide parimutuel wagering for marquee NASCAR events through the landmark deal. 1/ST will also provide real-time updates and a catalog of betting markets.

1/ST has established itself as a reliable parimutuel wagering provider with its AmTote Spectrum fixed-odds betting platform handling more than $5 billion in wagers annually.
The company has been offering fixed-odds and parimutuel wagering models since 1995.
NASCAR promotes responsible gaming
The motorsports giant has landed a betting partnership with 1/ST as a promotor of RG.
In November 2024, NASCAR secured a partnership with the American Gaming Association (AGA) to provide RG messaging on TV broadcasts during the playoffs.
That same month, the AGA kicked off its partnership with NASCAR by airing RG messaging on NBC broadcasts for the Xfinity 500 at Martinsville Speedway. The AGA also showcased its RG messaging during the NASCAR Cup Series Championship race. The race, won by Team Penske’s Joey Logano, was held at Phoenix Raceway in Arizona.
1/ST continues to grow business
1/ST’s deal with NASCAR builds on previous efforts to broaden the company’s reach.
In January, 1/ST landed a partnership with Goodwood Racecourse in the U.K. to provide horses and their ownership teams with automatic entry to two marquee events.
1/ST has provided winning horses at last month’s Pegasus World Cup with automatic entries to the 2025 Qatar Sussex Stakes and 2025 Qatar Nassau Stakes. 1/ST also plans to grant winning horses of the Qatar Goodwood Festival with automatic entries.
The company also has a pact with New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing for direct entries.
