Caesars Entertainment is expanding through its Horseshoe Online Casino brand.
The hospitality and gaming conglomerate has launched its proprietary iGaming platform Horseshoe Online Casino in Pennsylvania marking its second North American market.
Its debut in the Keystone State provides Caesars with access to one of America’s largest iGaming markets with iGaming gross revenue reaching $183.7 million in August.
“A brand with such a storied past deserves an online equivalent that pays respect to the legacy it has established in gaming, and that is what we’ve created with Horseshoe Online Casino,” said Caesars Digital SVP and Chief iGaming Officer Matt Sunderland. “This launch reinforces our multi-brand online casino strategy by seamlessly bringing another one of our world-class Caesars brands into the palms of players’ hands.”
Horseshoe’s debut in Pennsylvania adds to its recent launch of operations in Michigan.
Earlier this month, Horseshoe went live in the Wolverine State after replacing WynnBet. Caesars Entertainment gained market access in Michigan after acquiring WynnBet’s iGaming operations in the state earlier this year. As part of the transaction, Caesars also secured an iGaming rights deal with the Salut Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians.
Caesars is planning to bring its Horseshoe Casino brand to additional markets. It anticipates launches in West Virginia, New Jersey and Ontario pending regulatory approvals. Players of Horseshoe Online Casino are also able to take advantage of the Caesars Rewards program with promotions including travel experiences available.
