Bally’s Interactive is expanding its reach with operations in a new sports betting market.
The digital arm of Bally’s Corporation has launched Bally Bet in Tennessee, marking its 10th U.S. state for market access. Bally Bet has debuted in the Volunteer State as an official sports betting partner of the Nashville Predators. In anticipation of its Tennessee launch, Bally Bet teamed up with the Predators for social promotions and marketing.
Bettors in Tennessee now have access to Bally Bet’s new Parlay Zone, which allows players to customize pre-built parlays for a slew of events. Players also have access to the Picks tab, powered by Wager Games, that provides additional parlay building options.
Bally Bet’s emergence in Tennessee is part of a plan to expand across America before the end of 2024. During the company’s Q2 2024 earnings call, Bally’s Corporation CEO Robeson Reeves said Bally Bet expects to go live in four additional markets in 2024.
Reeves discussed plans to also bring Bally Bet to Illinois, New Jersey, and Ontario.
Bally Bet enters new markets
The operator’s debut in Tennessee comes after recent launches in Massachusetts and Maryland.
In July, Bally Bet was issued a mobile sports betting license by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission (MLGCC) after successfully completing a controlled demo of its platform. The demo saw MLGCC staff monitor Bally Bet while the operator accepted wagers. The staff were responsible for ensuring Bally Bet adhered to required procedures.
That same month, Bally Bet launched operations in Massachusetts after being awarded a sports wagering certificate by the state’s Gaming Commission. It paid a non-refundable $200,000 application and completed a licensing survey for its Category 3 state license.
Bally Bet is also live in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, New York, Ohio and Virginia.
