Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) will be continuing to collaborate with a long-term partner.

The online casino technology company has announced that it has extended its deal with gaming company Casumo. As part of the partnership, Casumo will continue to leverage GiG’s suite of solutions and drive growth for its casino gaming subsidiary Dunder.

Dunder will benefit from GiG’s frontend and marketing services, including SEO, affiliate management, and casino lobby capabilities.

“We’re grateful for both extending and strengthening the relationship we have with Casumo,” said GiG CBO Andrew Cochrane in a statement. “Our anticipation and expectation for the brand are understandably high, aligning perfectly with our mission to drive sustainable growth and profitability of our partners through product innovation, scalable technology, and quality of service.”

Casumo offers more than 3,500 slot games and a catalog of classic casino games thanks to its more than 300 employees across the world. The Malta-based company, which also operates an online sportsbook, holds gaming licenses in Sweden, Spain, and the UK.

GiG bolstering portfolio of partners

Last December, GiG closed its acquisition of affiliate group KaFe Rocks in a deal valued at $37 million. GiG made the acquisition to expand GiG Media’s reach in North America.

KaFe Rocks has a portfolio of brands that includes USCasinos.com and Time2Play.com. The company has also established a presence in Latin America with ApuestasOnline.net.

GiG generated a record $34 million in revenue in Q3 2023, a 39% increase year-over-year. The company, which launched operations in Maryland in Q3, saw its adjusted EBITDA reach $14.5 million during the quarter, up 61% compared to the same period a year prior.

GiG will release financial results for Q4 2023 on Feb. 14.
