BetMakers has secured a new 10-year agreement with Meadowlands Racing and Entertainment to continue bringing pari-mutuel betting technology to Meadowlands Racetrack, New Jersey.
Under the terms of the agreement, BetMakers brand Global Tote will continue to provide the racetrack with its parti-mutuel SaaS technology portfolio including its Quantum Tote Engine as well as cloud-based hosting.
The operations will be managed from Global Tote’s operations center in New Jersey, as well as on-site operational support.

Further terms of the deal ensure that Meadowlands leverages three of Global Tote’s BetLine betting terminals to boost its on-site capabilities. The BetLine TSST will allow for a combination teller point of sale and self-service wagering, while the BetLine SST allows full self-service wagering.
Global Tote first launched BetLine in 2021 but will now be installed in the Meadowlands Racetrack until at least 2033 as part of this new agreement.
BetMakers has a strong presence in the New Jersey horse racing industry as it also powers retail betting at MonmouthPark since agreeing a deal with the track in 2022.
The firm also powered the online fixed odds betting system for MonouthBets, the first legal and regulated mobile application for fixed odds betting on horse racing in the US.
