It isn’t quite a full roll out but the Seminole Tribe of Florida is once again offering online sports betting in the state. On Tuesday, the Hard Rock Bet app opened back up for customers who had previously signed up for it when it was briefly available in 2021 as well as select Hard Rock rewards members.

In typical fashion for the account, Hard Rock Bet once again relied on famed wrestler The Undertaker to speak for the app:

There is no word yet on when the app might fully roll out to every resident in the state.

Last month, the federal Supreme Court declined to extend its temporary stay of the Circuit Court’s mandate in order to keep the app offline. While West Flalger could potentially seek a similar stay through its state Supreme Court case, it has yet to do so.

In the meantime, Hard Rock Bet and the Seminole Tribe of Florida continue to prepare for a wider launch of sports betting in the state. The group tapped Martin Graham Arthur as its new Director of Product Operations last month. Prior to taking the role, Arthur spent the past four years as the VP of Product and Program Management for Flutter and also had a long tenure with PokerStars.

Last week the group also announced plans to roll out new table games and retail sports betting at its various Florida properties on Dec. 7. The new table games approved as part of the updated compact with the Seminole and state includes the launch of craps and roulette.
