IGT deploys casino management system services at Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter

IGT has agreed a deal with Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Wisconsin to deploy its Advantage casino management system across the gaming floor. 

The gaming tech firm has recently completed the installation of the system, which features modules including operator configurable bonusing rewards & offers, patron management, customized events and promotions, and machine accounting. 

As a result, Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter players will be able to enjoy a loyalty rewards program that is intertwined and linked to its sister property, Potawatomi Casino Hotel in Milwaukee

“Transitioning Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter’s casino floor to the IGT ADVANTAGE system instantly added value for our Northwoods Club rewards members and introduced opportunities for optimization and modernization across the gaming floor,” said Leigh Redington, General Manager, Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter.

The deal also sees Potawatomi receive IGT’s Floor Manager module, which is a cloud-based solution that helps to download and configure slot game content. 

Potawatomi Casinos has been upgrading its technology in recent times after it penned a deal with Kambi to provide sports betting solutions for both retail and online.
