Muckelshoot Casino has formed a partnership with casino intelligence agency OPTX to leverage its casino data platform.
Under the provisions of the agreement, OPTX will deploy a range of its casino intelligence and efficiency tools to Muckleshoot Casino including its marketing, player development, slots, connect and artificial intelligence solutions.
The casino outlined that the OPTX platform will help it to integrate all its departments together as it bids to improve the efficiency of its operations across the entire business.

OPTX’s platform seeks to address “unique challenges” that casino operators endure by offering end-to-end solutions using AI technology.
Formed in 2019 by a group of casino executives, the form’s platform can be used on desktop or mobile and seeks to improve the revenue and profitability of its clients by “eliminating inefficiencies” within the casino space.
