Continent 8 brings igaming cloud product to Ohio

Continent 8 has expanded its reach in the online sports betting industry in the US, bringing its iGaming Cloud to Ohio

Aiming to deliver a ‘first-to-market- approach, Continent 8’s igaming cloud is a public community cloud product specifically built for igaming and is already live in several igaming states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan

The cloud solution offers operators and suppliers in Ohio scalable infrastructure to host virtual servers, computers, containers, storage and network edge services. 

David Brace, Innovation Director at Continent 8 Technologies, commented: “We are proud to be the first service provider to offer an iGaming Public Cloud solution in the state of Ohio.

The solution is made available to all OCCC licensed operators and suppliers, who can utilize the iGaming Cloud’s storage network and server solutions. 

The tech firm already has a presence in Ohio, where it also offers a data center, network connectivity and cyber security solutions. 

Ohio is the 25th state that the firm has its Cloud technology, with further expansion plans in the pipeline for the coming months.
