Enteractive, a provider of personalized retention services, has sealed a partnership with GiG Marketplace, a resource for clients of the full-service GiG platform.

The GiG Marketplace introduces approved third-party services to GiG clients, and integrations are “made simple through a provider’s positive and established relationship with GiG”.

“GiG has a long list of partnerships that we have with third-party providers,” commented Martin Collins, Director of Sales and Business Development at GiG.

“With Enteractive, we know what a valuable resource they provide in retention and reactivation services, and we’re more than happy to recommend their services to our partners.”

By joining the GiG Marketplace, Enteractive aims to reach a new clientele pool that will benefit from its reactivation and retention services by “increasing bottom line revenues through elevated active player numbers”.

Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, added: “Having worked closely with GiG’s partners in the past, we’re thrilled and honoured to be included in the GiG Marketplace for their platform clients.

“That our services are recognised by one of the main leaders in the igaming industry is credit to all the hard work that our teams have put in to develop our unique retention services. We look forward to welcoming GiG’s many platform clients in the future!”

Last month, Foster explained to SBC Americas why strong levels of customer retention are key for igaming operators in the US.
