Total Performance Data (TPD) has expanded its reach in the US racing space as it confirmed deals with four new racetracks – Gulfstream Park, Horseshoe Indianapolis, Lone Star Park and Hoosier Park.

Adding to the 16 US and Canadian racetracks that it currently operates at, TPD will implement its tracking system at all of the new sites to increase the number of racedays by over 500.

TPD data tracking systems are already operating at Gulfstream Park, Hoosier Park and Horseshoe Indianapolis, with the system set to be introduced at Lone Star Park from April 28.

Will Duff Gordon, TPD CEO, said: “We’re delighted to have expanded our North American footprint with four exciting deals across three states as we continue to increase the number of yearly racedays we’re active at.

“Gulfstream Park is the most popular American racetrack for UK punters, so it’s excellent to be set up and operational there, whilst Hoosier Park, Horseshoe Indianapolis and Lone Star Park are very welcome additions too. These new signings mean we’ve increased the annual number of meetings we have a presence at globally to well over 3,000.”

These new deals now take TPD’s data services to over 2,000 race fixtures per year and come after other expansion deals including Saudi Arabia’s King Abdulaziz Racetrack in February and Chile’s Hipódromo Chile in March.
