Leading US sports data scientist Meghan Chayka has joined the Board of Advisors of US Integrity this week.

Co-Founder/Co-CEO of Stathletes, based in Toronto, which provides industry leading hockey data, analytics and insights to 22 leagues worldwide, she is also the Data Scientist in Residence at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.

She has been recognized by The Hockey News as one of the Top 100 People of Power and Influence in Hockey, as Top 40 under 40 in Hockey by the Athletic and as Top Young Entrepreneur by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.

Matthew Holt, CEO and Co-Founder of US Integrity, stated: “We are thrilled to have Meghan join our Advisory Board as she brings unique expertise in sports data and analytics that will help us take our platform to the next level.

“Having built a successful data and analytics company, she knows the opportunities and challenges ahead of us and our team looks forward to working with her. Her insights on the Canadian sports market will also be important as we expand our geographic reach with the recent full legalization of sports betting in Canada.”

US Integrity’s proprietary product analyzes dozens of data sets, including account-level wagering detail – a unique differentiator that is delivered directly from sportsbook partners – to proactively identify potentially suspicious wagering activity and irregular contest-level patterns for customers across the domestic sports betting market.

The firm also provides technology services to leagues, teams, athletic conferences and universities, as well as sportsbook operators.

Commenting on her new role, Chayka said: “I am excited to join US Integrity’s impressive Board of Advisors and to work with the whole team. Having spent my career in sports I know the critical importance of ensuring the integrity of competition. Their mission to help grow the regulated sports betting industry through data-driven integrity monitoring resonated with me.”

Chayka joins an Advisory Board of world class sports betting experts including Sara Slane, CEO and Founder of Slane Advisory and AG Burnett, former Chairman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
