Betmotion launches in Peru with Melcochita-branded bingo game

Betmotion, the Latin American gambling site dedicated to sportsbook, lotteries, casino and bingo games, has expanded into the Peruvian market with a custom-created video bingo title.

Melcochita Bingo, based on Peruvian comedian Melcochita, is a 90-ball game which can be played with a maximum of four 5×3 tickets per game. There are 10 different winning prize patterns, in addition to the classic lines and Bingo prizes. 

Players have an opportunity to earn 10 extra balls per draw to help complete patterns. A jackpot prize is available for those players attempting to complete the bingo pattern with just the initial draw.

In a statement announcing the launch, Betmotion noted that the Peruvian market is estimated to be worth upwards of $1.5bn and has local characteristics that shape player behaviors. “Partnering with the cultural icon Melcochita means that Betmotion is certain to prove a popular operator in the region,” said the firm.

The company currently operates on several fronts and works with more than 40 providers, offering over 3,500 games in different areas, such as sports betting, lotteries, bingo and casino, among other activities.
