Technology and data provider GTG Network (GTG) has reached agreement with Flutter Entertainment to launch its Skill Zone product on Paddy Power’s IOS and Android apps and desktop and mobile sites.
Skill Zone expands upon GTG’s free-to-play arcade game, Hit The Spot, which was originally launched in December 2018. The firm’s trivia game and basketball arcade game are also available, with mini-golf to be launched in June.
GTG’s Games division has been a significant area of global growth for the company, bringing with it a focus on engagement and acquisition.
Nathan Rothschild, Co-Founder and Partner at GTG, said: “In what is an unprecedented and difficult time, we’re fortunate to be in a position to have a suite of products to connect with fans whilst there is little sport being played.
“We have been excited about the response to Skill Zone. Already a unique offering for sportsbooks, the new features we are releasing will truly push the benchmark for industry innovation.”
Ben Reilly, Paddy Power Sports Director, said: “With the impacts of COVID19 on the sporting calendar, we’ve been looking for creative ways to keep our customers entertained and engaged with our brand. We’re really pleased with the early results from Skill Zone, providing a mix of sport and trivia games that our customers have really taken to.”
