Geolocation solutions provider GeoComply has become a member of iDEA Growth, an industry association founded in 2017 by Jeff Ifrah and Jeremy Kleinman that focuses on expanding the online interactive gaming business in the US.

Lindsay Slader, GeoComply’s Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, has also been appointed as a member of the association’s inaugural Legislative Committee, leading the legislative efforts on behalf of iDEA members and the greater igaming community.

“There is simply no online gaming or sports betting industry in the US without GeoComply and we are extremely pleased to have them as a member,” commented Ifrah. “GeoComply has been involved in many of the initial legislative efforts to create a legal igaming industry in the US and their experience and expertise will be a huge benefit to our association.

“We also welcome Lindsay Slader to our Legislative Committee and look forward to the regulatory insight and leadership she’ll provide on both our state and federal level initiatives.”

GeoComply Founder and CEO David Briggs said: “igaming is experiencing incredible growth and it’s extremely important to be supporting groups like iDEA as they advocate for fact-based policies and legislation to ensure a healthy and responsible industry.

“As an iDEA member, we’re pleased that we’ll be able to add our voice to the important issues surrounding igaming and with Lindsay’s appointment to the Legislative Committee, provide our unique experience and perspective to steer policies that will benefit players, governments, vendors, and operators alike.
