After expanding its current partnership with Penn National Gaming, William Hill has confirmed that it will begin operating the sportsbook at M Resort Spa Casino in Nevada pending the approval of regulatory bodies.

The partnership is due to provide punters with access to William Hill’s wagering technology, including its mobile sports betting app as well as its live in-play menu. William Hill expects to undertake operations of both the racebook and sportsbook in May 2019.

Securing the Henderson-based casino will extend William Hill’s presence across Nevada to a “market-leading” 115 sportsbooks, significantly enhancing its current US presence.

“We are excited to expand our partnership with our friends at Penn National to operate the sports book at The M,” commented Joe Asher, CEO of William Hill US. “It is a fabulous property and we look forward to bringing our market-leading product to these customers.”

As part of its existing partnership with Penn National Gaming, William Hill supplies its sports betting technologie and risk-management services to the Casino and racetrack operator’s properties across Mississippi, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

“We are delighted to be teaming up with William Hill at M Resort,” added Ameet Patel, Sr. Vice President of Regional Operations for Penn National Gaming. “We have an active sportsbook at M Resort and we think our guests will benefit greatly from William Hill’s expertise.”

William Hill recently reported in its full-year results that it has earmarked itself for continued growth across the US as more states begin to legalize sports betting.

As the operator positions itself for greater expansion, it will continue to invest in the company’s staff, technology and marketing capabilities to grow both its online and retail presence.
