BMM Testlabs hosted the NIGA Commissioner Certification Masters Class recently at its Las Vegas headquarters. The Masters Class, which is the final element of NIGA’s Seminar Series and comprises a four-part certification program, was hosted by BMM director of technical compliance Peter Nikiper.
The Masters Class provides a deep dive into conducting a gaming floor audit; an online accounting system audit; a promotional system audit; a class II system audit; class II math; and percentages and odds.
BMM’s director, tribal gaming, Jodi DiLascio, commented: “BMM was very pleased to have the opportunity to partner with NIGA for this training. Developing and providing classes such as these help to ensure that tribal regulators have the tools and insight needed to successfully ensure the assets of their tribal gaming enterprise.”
In the same week, BMM’s vice president, technical compliance, Floyd Barroga, delivered the NIGA Level 1 Leadership Alignment Workshop at the South Point Hotel and Casino. “After the three-day class, we had the honor of assisting NIGA with presenting each participant with a certificate,” said DiLascio.
In conclusion, DiLascio noted: “BMM is committed to tribal regulatory education and we plan to continue hosting and assisting NIGA educational events. Events such as these help to ensure that tribal regulators have full access to further education, and are staying ahead of the technology curve for new gaming products. The NIGA Commissioner Certification Program is something BMM is very proud to participate in and we are thankful that NIGA chose our team of experts to provide the courses.”
