North American gaming platform provider Strive Gaming will power Delta Bingo & Gaming as it revamps its digital offering.
Delta, which provides bingo and gaming machines at 20 land-based locations, mostly in Maryland and Ontario, is looking to expand and deepen its online offerings after launching its digital business in 2023.
Strive will provide its player account management services to Delta via the Strive Infinity Engine, which drives higher lifetime values by bringing operators closer to their players through operational automation and contextual real-time engagement. Strive will also handle the development of Delta’s front-end experiences.
In a release, Strive said that its platform has been built purely for the post-PASPA North American market. Its system is utilized by partners such as Golden Nugget, PointsBet and Four Winds Casinos and is designed to meet the individual needs of operators while also being compliant with differing state and provincial regulations.
“Strive Gaming is an experienced provider in the markets we operate in and has made a great effort to understand our needs,” said Delta Bingo & Gaming CEO Leo Perri. “Their specialized focus and dedication aligns with our customer experience goals, and we believe that they can help us bring our customers a world-class digital casino experience.
“We’ve been impressed by not just their technology, but their team depth as well. We expect that this is going to be a true collaboration, and we look forward to working with them for a long time.”
Strive believes Delta deal offers huge potential
A Strive spokesperson told SBC Americas that the provider has more B2B customers on PAM than any other PAM provider in North America.
“It’s an unfathomable achievement for a business that was founded only in 2021 and has nowhere near the size and value of our competitors,” added the spokesperson. “We are hugely focused on our technology and on our customers like no one else in the PAM space. We are really looking forward to this launch and how it helps our journey at Strive on achieving our long-term of continuing to be the No. 1 B2B PAM provider in the U.S. and Canada.”
Strive CEO Max Meltzer said in the release that he is delighted to partner with a “highly regarded and smart operator” in Delta.
“Once set up on our platform, we truly believe they have a team capable of achieving enormous growth for their digital business,” he added. “They have loyal land-based and digital customers that expect a best-of-industry, high-quality experience in any activity, product or service that falls under the Delta brand, and we intend to ensure that this continues to be the case here.”
Strive leaders believe the partnership offers big potential for both companies.
“This is a significant and exciting partnership for Strive as this is yet another migration project of an established operator that has such huge to-be-tapped potential in the market,” the spokesperson told SBC Americas. “We’ve handled the migration of millions of players now across multiple operators, and it’s a testament to the trust operators have in us to replace their older platforms.
“Our ambition is to provide Delta the ability to provide the best experience for their end users with real-time contextualized experiences, leading integrations and a wonderful front-end experience.”
