B2B gaming provider EveryMatrix has launched a new customer loyalty product, Personal Jackpots.

The company describes the offering as a next-generation product with the power to develop stronger connections between players and brands by creating tailored experiences for individuals.

Available via JackpotEngine, Personal Jackpots creates a tailored jackpot experience for individual players by learning and adapting to the unique preferences of each player, using metrics such as including preferred spend, betting levels and playing styles.

The jackpots are fully configurable to any player preference, can be styled to suit any operator branding and can be displayed alongside up to other in-game jackpots simultaneously. Ready-made, in-game widgets display jackpot pools that are updated in real-time.

The more a user plays, the more their Personal Jackpot grows. Only that customer can win that specific customized cash prize.

“EveryMatrix Personal jackpots represent the next layer of innovation, providing our customers with even more exciting opportunities to captivate players and drive long-term loyalty,” said the company’s Head of Casino, Stian Enger Pettersen. “By tailoring the jackpot experience to each player’s unique needs, Personalised Jackpots create a deeper level of engagement and foster greater loyalty. This also unlocks a new realm of customized gaming experiences that resonate with players on a profound level.”

EveryMatrix’s JackpotEngine supports both the CasinoEngine and SlotMatrix content libraries, which currently boast more than 30,000 games and integrations with 330+ game studios between them.

EveryMatrix eyes North America growth after major deals and acquisitions

The announcement comes just a day after the company posted its Q3 2024 earnings update on Tuesday, in which it reported a new all-time quarterly high net revenue of $47.8 million across all products, up 66% year-over-year. EveryMatrix has now posted a profit margin of more than 50% in six straight quarters.

Group CEO Ebbe Groes told investors and analysts that the company is “the clear frontrunner when it comes to being the fastest-growing iGaming supplier.”

EveryMatrix put that growth down to new customer launches, continued growth in its core sports and casino business units and strong sports trading margins.

Groes added that EveryMatrix has “ambitious” plans to build on its established partnerships with tier-one brands in North America after the major acquisitions of FSB Technology in June and Fantasma Games in October.
