Sportradar has confirmed the appointment of Felippe Marchetti to the role of Integrity Partnership Manager in Brazil.
In his new role, Marchetti will be charged with leading the development of Sportradar Integrity Services in Brazil as the country forms a regulated sports betting framework.
Marchetti will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase Sportradar’s revenue streams for its integrity unit in Brazil and working closely with betting integrity analysts in the nation.
Finally, Marchetti will also liaise with Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) and the South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL), as well as other clients in the region to discuss their integrity strategy.
A recognized expert in the field of sporting integrity, Marchetti boasts over a decade of experience in sporting governance and has served as researcher for the Brazilian Ministry of Sport and as an independent sports integrity consultant.
He has also completed a PhD and post-PhD focused on the threat that match-fixing poses to Brazilian sport at the University Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
