Konami Gaming to provide casino management for Ocean Casino Resort

Konami Gaming has secured a deal with Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City to provide its full casino management system in a boost to its US operations. 

The casino technology provider will deploy its Synkros CMS solution at the resort to be its core gaming enterprise management system. 

Set to be fully integrated by the summer of 2024, Synkros provides a number of features that focus on providing a user-friendly casino experience as well as reliable and robust security protocols. 

Some of these features will be first to market in New Jersey with Ocean Casino Resort, including the Konami Konetic employee mobile app and the SYNK31 anti-money laundering system to ensure that the Atlantic City property is fully protected.

Using the Konami SYNKROS system, Ocean guests will have access to several new bonusing and funding options that are designed with user-experience in mind. Meanwhile, the Konetic employee app aims to make the employee workflow more efficient, thereby improving operational performance and, in turn, guest experience. 

Konetic helps with several tasks including jackpot hand pays, managing dispatching alerts, cash can processing and progressive signs monitoring.
