Vanna White signs with BetMGM to star in Wheel of Fortune Online Casino promos

BetMGM has secured the services of Vanna White as the brand aims to elevate the standing of its newly launched Wheel of Fortune Online Casino.

The sports betting and igaming operator went live in New Jersey last month with the first brand-led online casino in North America, collaborating with IGT – who hold its rights – on the move.

Now, BetMGM has called on White – Co-Host of the iconic Wheel of Fortune TV game show since 1982 – to lend her likeness as the face of its online casino.

White said: “After 40 years, I love the way Wheel of Fortune continues to find new ways to entertain and engage. I’m excited to help BetMGM to promote this first-of-its-kind online casino, where players can experience the excitement of Wheel of Fortune slots in their own home.”

White has starred in over 7,500 episodes of Wheel of Fortune and will now appear in omnichannel advertisements promoting Wheel of Fortune Online Casino, in addition to being visible in marketing materials supporting the mobile app.

IGT will hope the addition of White to the Wheel of Fortune Online Casino team can be another launchpad to success for the brand.

IGT’s Wheel of Fortune slots first launched in 1996 and have since created over 1,100 millionaires, including two in February; one at Bellagio in Las Vegas, and one at Carson Valley Inn in Minden, Nevada.
