SCCG Management has agreed to a strategic partnership with Symplify to help the SaaS CRM and CRO supplier to igaming with its North America expansion.

Under terms of the deal, the consultancy firm will provide and execute business strategies designed to open new distribution networks for Symplify through licensed and qualified channels. The firm will also offer advisory support on securing US state licenses and authorizations.

Robert Kimber, CEO of Symplify Group, stated: “SCCG is the perfect partner for us to drive further growth in the hugely exciting regulated markets across North America. We’re excited about the opportunity to build on our initial success here and SCCG’s vast experience will play a major role in the next growth stage.”

Symplify has over 20 years of CRM and communication experience with a reputation built on “continuously developing bespoke features and innovative solutions”. Some of the supplier’s customers include William Hill, LeoVegas, Betsson, Playstar, and Hard Rock.

As part of its North America expansion strategy, the supplier acquired AI software Jada Gaming in late 2021.

Symplify says its suite will allow clients to optimize website and app conversions, turn visitors into loyal players, create real-time advanced channel orchestration, and utilize the full potential of AI and ML with churn prediction, hyper-personalization, and AI-powered segmentation through Jada.

“North America is still a relatively nascent market that offers huge potential and we cannot wait to showcase the capabilities of AI to a new and growing audience,” noted Alberto Alfieri, Jada Gaming Co-Founder.

SCCG Management CEO and Founder, Stephen Crystal, added: “AI is playing an ever-increasingly influential role in successful operations and Jada’s capabilities will augment Symplify’s already strong offering.

“Our mission is providing a 360° service for our partners, across multiple sectors, and I’m excited to add another vital layer to our solution and be working alongside Symplify as we continue to grow the business.”

Back in January, SCCG Management appointed Pierre Cadena as its Chief Strategy Advisor.
