Prompted by continued growth, Las Vegas-based Konami Gaming has announced several key promotions within its senior management structure. As part of the changes, Shanna Grimes has been appointed vice president, human resources; Gary Snobel to vice president, corporate planning & IT administration; and William (Bill) Wadleigh to senior director, game development.

Leading the company’s human resources department since 2016, Grimes quickly established a track record of success in strategic organisational planning and talent management. Snobel has been a pivotal member of the company for more than a decade, driving its global corporate planning in a variety of aspects from financial analysis to infrastructure solutions. Industry veteran Wadleigh joins Konami’s senior management team following significant milestone contributions to strategic product innovation.

In addition, Fernando Rivera has been promoted to senior director, global field service, and David Schwartz has been promoted to senior director, customer experience, in recognition for their longstanding success and dedication.
