Gaming Arts LLC, the Las Vegas founded and headquartered gaming manufacturers, have announced an expansion of its customers reach via the purchase of Las Vegas Bingo Supply Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, Gaming Arts is to acquire all assets of the privately held bingo equipment suppliers, including its product inventory, equipment, and customer relationships.     

David Colvin, Gaming Arts chief executive officer and founder, said, “This asset acquisition enables us to better serve our existing customers, as well as build our customer base throughout the state of Nevada as the foremost supplier of bingo and keno technology, solutions, and supplies.

“As the exclusive distributor for Arrow, we will also be able to meet the needs of our existing customers more effectively as the edge-to-edge supplier of everything related to bingo and keno. This is another milestone in our Company’s growth.”

As part of the deal Gaming Arts is to also assume the role of authorised Nevada distributor for Arrow International Inc, manufacturers of charitable and social gaming solutions, giving the firm an enhancement of its customer base.

A spokesperson for Arrow International stated: “We are excited that with its acquisition of the Las Vegas Bingo Supply assets, Gaming Arts now joins us as our authorised Nevada distributor.

“David Colvin and his experienced team have the relationships and business savvy to dramatically increase our market penetration in Nevada. We look forward to a long and successful partnership with Gaming Arts.”

Gaming Arts have also this week confirmed the showcasing of its bingo, keno, and slot solutions at the OIGA Conference and Trade Show in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on 23-25 July.
